default 默认属性设置或返回轨道的默认状态。

此属性反映了 <track> 默认属性。

当存在时，它指定如果用户的偏好没有表明另一个轨道更合适，则启用该轨道。

注意:每个媒体元素不能有多个具有默认属性的轨道元素。
